### Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you. ### Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation - Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations ### Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with operating a cash register or Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers.
