Insulation Commandos is looking to hire 1 employee. We are a local Austin company looking for someone who is hungry to grow with us.
The initial position we are looking to fill is our Insulation Installation Helper position. We will train you. This position has fast growth potential and may eventually lead to a Crew Chief position.
Compensation starts between $18 - $22/hr with commission-based growth potential and profit sharing. Growing into a Crew Chief position will get to $30 - $34/hr.
Candidates must have:

• Texas driver’s license
• Some work experience in construction (preferably residential)
• Clean criminal history (we will do a background check)
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable phone
• Ability and drive required to perform various daily service tasks required

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Meet at our warehouse in the morning and load up materials and equipment. Jobs typically take 1-2 days at homes. You’ll drive to job site with our truck and unload materials and equipment. You’ll help set up equipment and materials. You should be able to communicate with customer in a professional, courteous manner as well as communicate effectively and efficiently with your supervisor at all times. You should also maintain receipts, help with equipment maintenance, keep truck and tools organized, etc.
Compensation: Negotiable, based on applicant's qualifications, experience, etc. Will be either paid per day, per job, on commission, or per hour - all up for discussion, based on experience. Starts no less than $18/hr. Potential for growth based on experience. We would want you to become Crew Chief as we grow.
Opportunity to develop position into a manager/crew leader position and potentially a sales position who is eventually in charge of supervising other workers and developing new sales leads.
