Job Summary
InStride Foot and Ankle Specialists is looking for a full-time entry-level Revenue Cycle Specialist to assist our revenue cycle department. This role will cross-train in multiple functions of the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office setting.

May perform part or all of the following:

• Daily distribution of insurance revenue
• Open daily mail delivery and code by division
• Scan mail and upload to secure portals
• Research patient data to identify correspondence
• Interpreting an EOB
• Access clearinghouse and patient portals
• Insurance recoupment & reconciliation
• Daily reconciliation of multiple spreadsheets
• Answer incoming calls to route and address properly
• Preparing daily remote deposit of payment

Physical Requirements

This is an administrative position; therefore, qualified candidates must be able to sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced office environment.

Education, Experience and Certifications

• Organizational Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, specifically Excel
• Technologically proficient
• Ability to 10-key is a plus
