Institute of Precision Pain Medicine is Hiring an Office Manager Near Allen, TX

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support.

**Duties:**

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness

- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems

- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records

- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments

- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors

- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

- Provide clerical support to various departments

- Manage personnel

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

- Helpful: experience with ECW EMR and quickbooks

- Friendly, flexible, willing to learn, open to feedback
