What You Can Expect

As a scheduling coordinator and data entry specialist, you are an integral part of the operation at H2H Blinds and within the leadership team. You will be working closely with all office staff and assisting in the flow of production of the scheduling department. Although these are a few things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!

• Communicate daily on contracts and billing information with builders

• Providing value to our customers and managing the flow of information between customers and operations.

• Assist with incoming calls and supports receptionist
• Responsible for collecting, checking and organizing, and documentation regarding incoming and outgoing job orders
• Track and manage incoming measure and installation scheduling requests from customers
• Types of various memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

To Be Successful

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of Office and Customer Service-related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Familiarity with the construction industry
