Job Responsibilities

• Installing Epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring
• Prepping floors using a Machine Grinder
• Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate implementation of customer plans
• Maintaining clean workspaces free of dust, debris, and appliances
• Keeping your vehicle stocked with necessary materials for each job
• Providing clients with guidance on floor maintenance
• Leading the installation process to meet high-quality standards

Requirements for Success
To Excel In This Role, You Should

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Possess strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Demonstrate outstanding work ethic and leadership abilities
• Have 1-3 years of experience in epoxy floor application and installation
• Be physically fit for kneeling and movement
• Exhibit the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
