We are seeking an experienced Facebook Marketing Team Lead to lead our rapidly expanding paid search team. This role requires strategic thinking, effective leadership, and a deep understanding of paid search and optimization strategies in an agency setting.

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with extensive Facebook Ads experience. Please detail your Facebook Ads experience in your cover letter. Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.

- Collaborate closely with our creative and account management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and target audiences.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental processes and best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, including experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.

- Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful campaigns for a variety of industries and objectives.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.
