Are you ready to be a part of an industry disruptor? Inspyr Studios is a boutique strength and cycle studio with two distinct and dynamic rooms, packed with the highest quality equipment and sound. We currently have one studio location, and we are rapidly seeking the industry’s best, most powerful instructors to help lead and expand our brand throughout the Chicagoland area. We are planning to provide growth opportunities to our coaches within the company as we expand.

Current Class Coaching Hours: 2-10 (This can expand as we add additional classes and grow).

• Organize, prepare, and coach a 45-minute, high energy class
• Engage with members and staff by arriving to the studio 15-30 minutes prior to your class.
• Arrive prepared and ready to coach.
• Must have schedule flexibility.
• Be prepared to coach classes as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 6:45 PM (Currently.)
• Have high energy and enthusiasm in order to represent our brand well.

• Must have 1 year of microphone experience.
• Cycle experience is not required,
• Certification in cycling, group exercise and/or personal training is preferred.
