Title: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Orlando, Fl (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months
Compensation: $85- $90 an hour

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:

· The SRE team has end-to-end responsibility for building, enhancing, and maintain applications used by a large community of users.

· The candidate will combine software and systems engineering skills and experiences to build, optimize and maintain our continuously evolving parks applications.

· As a Senior SRE the candidate will usher SRE practices across multiple teams and managed services.

Responsibilities & Competencies:

· Gather and analyze metrics from the data platforms and application for performance and cost optimization tunning

· Measurable improvement of reliability, quality, process and cost optimization across the data platforms and applications

· Implementation and adaptation of SRE practices across platform teams and managed services

· Develop backlog scope for team members; participates in infrastructure architecture and reference architecture design and implementation.

· Responsible for System Architecture, Release and change management practices, monitoring engineering, tactical practitioner with 50% Ops and 50% engineering

· Motivated self-continuous learning and innovation

· Understanding of observability principles (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting), tools and practices that promote observability

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in applied DevOps and SRE principles

• 4 years in GCP and AWS Cloud technologies specifically for migration work

• Strong experience using Python and Java languages

• Experience using CI/CD pipelines (Harness is a huge plus)

• Experience integrating monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, and Graphana

• Experience in Chaos testing using Gremlin

• Experience with distributed tracing tools like Opentelementry (OTel)
