5 years of experience in Business & Data Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Reporting, or Strategy.
Possess high-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure, overcome challenges, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Experience in identifying, recommending, and implementing process enhancements.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required. Proficiency in MS Word, and
NetSuite preferred.
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce (
SFDC)desired.
SQL,
Essbase, SAS, Spark,
Scala, and Python knowledge a plus
. Responsibilities: Provide primary support for the new deal acquisition and financial modeling process.
Play an integral role in transforming current state financial modeling from Excel to Power BI & Power Automate.
Be a subject matter expert on financial models and consult stakeholders on the model outputs.
Continuously improve financial models and reporting solutions by studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
Combine and analyze data from various databases and sources to support financial modeling.
Increase productivity by coordinating information requirements and automating processes.
Performing ad-hoc business and financial analysis utilizing various data sources and reports and working with various operational areas to help senior management with decision-making and strategy, which may require the analysis and summarization of large amounts of data.
Adds value to both the operational and strategic decision-making process.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures and provide financial insights.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
