Title: Process Improvement Analyst
Location: Hybrid - 2 days on campus Can report to Pesnacola, FL or Vienna, VA Shift (Time): 8 - 430
Duration: Initial 6 months with extensions

Specific Requirements:

• Obtains and leverages quantitative and qualitative data, while performing process analysis to identify waste removal opportunities, in an effort to recommend solutions and promote data driven decisions
• Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and identification of non-value add processes, to formulate optimal recommendations
• Assists/collaborates with the functional areas to develop and maintain performance measurement, methods , methods and targets
• Actively participate and contribute to the implementation of the business unit s strategic plan that supports and aligns with corporate and departmental goals.
• Identify and define project scope, stakeholders, resources, and constraints to ensure effective execution and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various levels of staff on projects to optimize work processes with measurable impacts.
• Analyze processes and workflows to understand value chain, input/output, to improve or automate business performance.
