Team Description: The Rewards, Benefits & Capabilities team delivers industry-leading capabilities with a focus on a complete redesign of our experiences that will significantly improve cardholders understanding of our credit card rewards & benefits.
Project Description:
- This role will assist in the redesign effort of our credit card benefits experience that is being built at our Third-Party rewards vendor.
- The new benefit experience will significantly improve the cardholder experience.
- There will also be responsibilities managing and maintaining current benefit experiences that are both internal and managed by network partners.
- This individual will support the Product Manager on standing up this new experience with tasks such as content management, creative assets, site requirements, change control and testing for the launch and rollout.
- Detailed orientated/organized/project management skills

- Education Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred
