Program Officer for Reception & Placement
Inspiritus’ Refugee & Immigrant Services team provides services to refugees and immigrants to guide them on a path from surviving to thriving. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, we provide quality services to newcomers across the Southeastern United States. Under the direction of the Associate Director for Refugee Services, the Program Officer for Reception & Placement will conduct oversight and coordination of the Reception & Placement Programs in Atlanta, Savannah, Birmingham, and Nashville to ensure culturally competent case management services to refugees during their first 90 days in the United States. The Program Officer will ensure the effectiveness and quality of services through supportive program management, data management, trend analysis, training, and technical assistance.

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear. Required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and controls: and reach with hands and arms. Required to operate personal vehicle.
Employees frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
