Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Daycare Workers to join our team. As a Daycare Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Skills:
- Previous experience in babysitting or working with students
- Knowledge of childhood development is helpful
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to provide caregiving support to children
- Effective behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and best practices
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
