Inspired Homecare is looking for a full time RN to join our team! We are looking for a RN with experience in Home Health to take on cases in an Independent Living facility in Lincolnwood with opportunities in surrounding.

QUALIFICATIONS for Registered Nurse:
- RN License required
- Home Health experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Car Insurance
- Familiar with Home Care Home Base EMR Software
RESPONSIBILITIES of Registered Nurse:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients including, but not limited to: patient assessments, patient/caregiver teaching, development and revision of care plan, implementing physician orders, monitoring patient response, accurately administer medication
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Completes all required patient care documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Accurately performs necessary nursing responsibilities including, but not limited to obtaining lab specimens, performing vital signs, appropriate storage and handling of drug products.
- Counsels/advises patients regarding symptoms/side effect management during therapy within the scope of practice.
