About Inspire Horizons:
In 2023, the clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together and have been doing so for many years. They also knew they reached a point in their journey’s where they needed to lean on a new leadership team for their next chapter. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.

Position Summary
  • The Clinical Director will serve as a central figure in ensuring clinical excellence across 3 Phoenix Clinics. This role will oversee the PT, OT, and ST departments while managing the financial, operational, and safety aspects of the clinics, working hand in hand with the executive team. This leadership role involves leading the region in providing top-quality care. This entails overseeing client data, team performance, managing the budget, and eliminating obstacles to enhance the performance of all clinical staff. Moreover, the Clinical Director will conduct training and oversee the onboarding and training process for new Clinicians. This multifaceted role requires strong leadership skills, commitment to collaboration and good customer service, a deep understanding of clinical processes, and the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for the clinical team.
Note: This position is located in the Phoenix, Az area. Must be located in this area or willing to relocate in the immediate future.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight:
    • Provide leadership and support for OT, PT, ST teams
    • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with best practices, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor the effectiveness and safety of services.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and clinical outcomes.
  • Staff Management:
    • Support the hiring, training, and onboarding of therapy staff.
    • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for therapists to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency.
    • Implement strategies to minimize billing errors or compliance issues.
  • Clinic Health and Operations:
    • Collaborate with support ops team on the day-to-day operations of each clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and optimize interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
    • Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and accreditation standards relevant to therapy services.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines in the provision of therapy services.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote patient safety, confidentiality, and quality of care
  • Community Engagement and Outreach:
    • Build relationships with referring physicians, schools, and community organizations.
    • Participate in community events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote awareness of therapy services and pediatric healthcare needs.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our reputation and market presence
Qualifications
  • Licensed ST, OT, PT, or BCBA in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of AZ healthcare regulations
  • Experience developing quality improvement initiatives and outcomes measurement and tracking
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $105,000 - $115,000 annually plus bonus. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors, including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
