We're looking for a therapist or social worker to be part of the Lake Forest team - right in the heart of downtown Lake Forest (across from FoodStuffs!). Requirements are:

• Minimum of 2 shifts a week (10 clients/week)
• In-Person availability ~Must be able to work at the office (at least 1 day /week) remote options available too
• Experience with counseling (life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus)
• Paneled with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus)
• Prior private practice experience (a plus)
