Inspiration Home Health Care is a home health care company dedicated to offering quality and dependable services that satisfy the healthcare needs of each individual patient.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified nurse to join our growing healthcare team. In this position, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and tend to their needs. We pay from $45.00 per visit. A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager/Nursing Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on patients in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Follow all care regulations and standards.
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient care possible.
• Informs physician and other personnel of changes in the patient’s condition and needs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform necessary routine diagnostic checks (e.g. monitor pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, temperature, provide medications and injections, etc.)
• Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely manner per Agency policy.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Colorado RN License.
• Experience in Home Health-preferred.
• Have valid drive license and auto insurance.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Exceptional problem solving, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
