The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health Network is seeking a Network Security Engineer to develop and maintain the security infrastructure of the organization's computer network. In this position, you will design, implement and monitor security measures to protect the network and its data from unauthorized access, cyber-attacks and other security threats. This is a hybrid position based in Bridgeton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

· Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems and virtual private networks (VPNs)

· Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches and take corrective actions

· Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify network security weaknesses and develop mitigation strategies

· Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

· Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network security is integrated into all aspects of the IT infrastructure

· Respond to security incidents and provide support for remediation efforts

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· 5 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer

· Hands-on experience with NAC solutions such as Clearpass or Cisco ISE

· Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools

· Strong knowledge of network protocols and security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems and VPNs
