The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at the Elmer Medical Center in Elmer, NJ. In this position, you will educate clinical nurses, nursing assistants and technicians in the use of new equipment, supplies and instruments, coordinate in-service training and skills workshops for all appropriate staff and assist the Nursing Leaders in achieving the organizational strategic plan and goals by monitoring quality data and staff performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred

· 3 years of clinical nursing experience

· Current New Jersey RN license

· BLS and ACLS certifications

· Experience utilizing the nursing process, sequential steps of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation in formulating plans of care

· Ability to supervise and educate others

· National Certification in specialty area required within 1 years of hire
