MAJOR FUNCTION:The Director, Surgical Services/Endoscopy Center is responsible for providing overall leadership for Surgical Services/ Endoscopy operations (PAT, PACU, OR, Pre/Recovery, SPD, etc.) to include planning and budgeting, staffing, quality, and patient satisfaction. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality patient care is provided in accordance with Inspira’s mission, vision and values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experiences:

• MSN required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience required, preferably in Operating Room nursing.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Current New Jersey RN Licensure required.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
