Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching services to medical aesthetics businesses
• Develop and deliver public speaking engagements on topics related to medical aesthetics businesses and professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with members and clients
• Ability to help clients implement the InSPAration Management business model
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the medical aesthetics industry business
• Develop and implement strategies to help medical aesthetics businesses grow and succeed
• Provide guidance and advice to medical aesthetics businesses on marketing, operations, and other areas of business
• Create and deliver presentations during medical aesthetics conferences
• Train and help current and future clients and their teams
