Position Summary

This is NOT a Systems or Server Administrator position. We are NOT looking for someone who only manages the file transfers. In this role the majority of your daily responsibilities will be performing file transfers using IBM Sterling File Gateway System.

Education/Experience

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.

3-5 years or more of related IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.

Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols. Experience with Sterling File Gateway and BPML a plus.

Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain software tools used for file transfers, in support of our enterprise file transfer service.

Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and external business partners to set up, maintain and troubleshoot file transfer connections.

Create, maintain and share technical documentation related to supporting our enterprise file transfer service.
