POSITION OBJECTIVE
As the Executive Support for the Product & Marketing department, you will be responsible for scheduling all appointments, coordinating all administrative tasks, and managing travel. You will provide support as your Executive prepares materials and presentations for internal and external meetings, conferences, and other communications. You will also lend support to other staff who report directly to the Executive on various projects. To see success in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to exercise judgment and initiative in organizing time and activities around competing priorities. You will be responsible for answering and screening incoming sales calls/emails and scheduling meetings. You will be accountable for scheduling appointments for the Executive and following up with status updates and next steps. Your strong organizational skills reflect your ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. You will also assign incoming requests to the team and follow up to ensure the task is completed.
