A premier Connecticut based mid-size law firm are seeking mid to senior level Associates to join their Corporate practice group.

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join their Corporate Practice Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive transactional services and regulatory representation to a diverse client base, including banks, financial institutions, small business investment companies, private debt and equity funds, and other institutional and non-institutional lenders.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Connecticut bar of eligibility to waive in
• Minimum of 4 years of law firm experience within a transactional practice.
• Preferably experience with a broad array of corporate transactions including; M&A, corporate financings, lending and EC / VC.
• Supervising Junior Associates and managing deals.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
