Care Manager, Hospice RN

Need of an experienced Hospice RN

• Experience with hospice case management required
• Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
• Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
•  Work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, with a rotation to include Saturdays approximately every fourth week, allowing for a day off during the week to facilitate the rotation.

Number of Weeks: 13

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
