Insight Service Group "ISG" is a national investigative services firm specializing in cost containment and anti-fraud related services. We are currently seeking individuals for full-time and/or part-time SIU and Surveillance Investigator positions. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be team oriented. Candidate must be able to work independently, have strong time management skills, and communication skills. Flexible hours are a must, to include early mornings, weekday, weekend, and evening hours.
SIU Investigator responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
1. Scene recreation
2. Intersection light sequence
3. Obtaining both recorded and written statements
4. Document/Material retrieval
5. Procuring notarized affidavits
6. Performing Wellness Checks
7. Unannounced visits
8. Neighborhood and Witness canvassing.
9. Compiling reports which include time-stamped photo and/or video
Surveillance Investigators must have the following:
1. On-site mobile surveillance experience
2. The ability to be in the vehicle for up to 8 hours per day and possibly longer
3. Willingness to travel up to 2 hours one way per case
4. Ability to write detailed reports and upload video
