Sales and Marketing Director duties include:

• Oversight and coordination of internal and external marketing activities

• Prepare and implement the Annual Marketing Plan with Executive Director 

• Meet marketing and occupancy related report deadlines

• Update and maintain the CRM on a daily basis

• Create and maintain a strong external referral source network of non-paid, lead referrals through weekly sales appointments and outreach

• Daily follow up calls to lead base with an identified next step documented in the CRM, utilizing the move in process in compliance with Policies & Procedures and Insights sales expectations

• Training to community staff on providing great customer service

• Leadership participation in Stand-up meeting

• Maintain positive image for Community and Insight Living
