- Oversee financial accuracy, maintain records, and prepare reports
- Manage cash flow, handle accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and complete period-end closing procedures
- Maintain books for multiple projects and perform audits
- Report findings to management and prepare journal entries
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and provide ongoing reviews of financial activities
- Support others in understanding Yardi setup and functionality
- Perform reconciliations and audits, file exercise tax, and conduct job cost accounting reviews
- Maintain GAAP fixed assets register and work closely with other teams for accurate recording and smooth onboarding
