Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacist in Daphne, AL. This person will be helping support a closed-door pharmacy with one of the larger pharmaceutical organizations in the US. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy operations.
The role involves evaluating and recommending appropriate medication orders, maintaining patient databases, and ensuring necessary lab tests are ordered and evaluated. It also includes implementing policies for safe drug handling and disposal, maintaining required documentation, and assisting staff with drug-related procedures. The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Pharm D preferred), one year of long-term care experience, necessary licenses/certifications, and being detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and a team player with good oral communication skills.
