Day to Day:

Act in a supporting role to the Manager, Owner Merchandising in executing all facets of Owner gifting. This will include, but not limited to, gifting, packaging, shipment processing, inventory management, and vendor communications. You will also be involved with internal team collaborations with FBOs, Owner Services, Sales, Marketing, Global Five Senses, HR, IT and NJ Europe team members.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Fulfill Owner and prospect gift requests with mindfulness and finessed presentation that aligns with brand standards.
• Execute packaging and shipping of bulk item gift requests for activations, QS Aircraft Tours, Hole in Ones, and other requests in a timely manner.
• Process and organize product deliveries from vendors.
• Detailed inventory management and reconciliation
• Manage, execute, and update catalog orders as received through SharePoint.
• Assist in executing additional projects as requested.
• Assist with Vendor communications.
• Assist with invoicing, tracking, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Assist with process improvement involving digital platforms and portals.
• Organize and maintain meeting schedules and notes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
