JOB DESCRIPTION
- General maintenance tasks
- Traveling to stores
- Complete work order tickets via cell phone
- Troubleshoot and repair issues
- Repair items such as toilets, faucets, lightbulbs, tiles, doorways, etc.
- Check Breakers, fix plumbing issues, fix HVAC issues
- If the issues are out of their scope of knowledge, then coordinate communication with a service provider to assist
- Respond to emergency tickets during off hours and/or weekends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- General Maintenance experience
- Beginner plumbing or HVAC experience
- Possess basic technical knowledge in various fields (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
- Eager to learn
DESIRED SKILLS
- HVAC or plumbing background
- EPA or HPAC certs
- Apartment Maintenance
