Insight Global is Hiring an Installation technician Near Milwaukee, WI
Insight Global is looking for an Installation Technician IV to support their clients in Milwaukee, WI. This person will perform technical oversight and tasks for projects from customer requirements from concept to completion.
This person will also be responsible for leading and directing crews on projects and be responsible for various systems tests to ensure the timely completion of projects and that projects are completed within scope, quality, and budget.
They will mentor techs 1-3 and be responsible for leading install teams and projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of AV installation experience.
- Some programming (Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys) experience.
- Strong understanding of IP Networking and complex wiring configurations.
- Experience with Video Conferencing Technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, BlueJeans, etc.)
- Experience installing DSP systems (BIAMP, Qsys)
- Understanding of Bluebeam software
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- A four-year degree or military experience
- Education in Electronics or AV related fields.
- Valid CDL
- OSHA 30 Certification
- AVIXA CTS Certification
Compensation :
$30 / hr to $40 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
