Onsite work will be expected. 2-3 days per week. Some local travel may be required in performance of the work
Our client has an opening for a Desktop Support Analyst (710900)
This position is for 12 months, with the option of extension, and the client is located in Raleigh, NC
Experience using remote control software to provide desktop support Required 3 Years
Experience organizing and following complex and/or detailed technical procedures to provide desktop computing hardware and software installation. Required 3 Years
Experience with microcomputers, local/networked printers, Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and MS Exchange, Netware, Active Directory Required 3 Years
Experience integrating knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments. Required 3 Years
Experience independently resolving routine and non-routine problems, solve problems and perform diagnostics on software and/or hardware. Required 3 Years
. Microsoft MCSE and A Certification Highly desired
LAN Desk experience and Ghost experience Highly desired
