Insight Global is Hiring a Data entry clerk Near Petersburg, VA
Insight Global is looking for an Support Specialist for a large paper manufacturing company. The Support Specialist will be supporting the customer service team and will be responsible for data entry at large.
The support specialist is not in a customer facing role, instead provides data entry support on the back end of customer service inquiries.
This is an entry level position and training will be provided on all company compliance policies, reporting systems, and procedures.
Location : 5 days a week onsite in Petersburg, VA
Must Haves :
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook and Teams
Plusses :
customer service experience, not call center
Pay Rate : 16-18 / hr
