ONSITE - Richardson, TX
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5 years of experience Audio/ Visual support and installation
- Experience overseeing AV projects and coordinating with 3rd party vendors
- Desktop support / end-user support experience
- Experience with Crestron and Poly Video AV products
- O365/ SCCM/ Active Directory experience

A client is looking for an AV Technician/ Coordinator to join their onsite team in Richardson, TX. You will be overseeing a large, audio/ visual upgrade that the client is currently working through. You will be working with their 3rd party vendors that are providing the equipment and installation efforts to ensure quality and strategy. You will be coordinating these efforts across their campus and scheduling installations based on priority. In addition, you will be troubleshooting any related issues to the AV environment and assist the end user support team with any overflow/ related issues. Additional tasks will include supporting refresh efforts for O365, SCCM, Actie Directory aspects, imaging new devices and asset management.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
