Position Overview

The Front Desk Associate/Security Rep will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, vendors, and guests. In this role, you will greet and welcome guests, scan badges, and aid with parking and directions. You will be the face of Insight and will be responsible for providing a positive and professional impression to all who enter our facility.

What you’ll do at Insight:

• Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and guests with a smile.
• Scan badges and aid with parking and directions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all who enter our facility.
• Assist with processing invoices and spreadsheets.
• Provide tours to potential clients.
• Process temporary badges for visitors.
• Assist with signage and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

What you’ll need to join Insight:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role
• Demonstrated use of computers and electronic equipment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write reports and/or business correspondences.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other teammates.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, walk, hear, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard; reach, stoop and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

The base salary range for this position is typically $35,000 to $40,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
