Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials outside. This is a vital role in our operations, ensuring equipment is handled properly and efficiently.

***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON THE SATURDAYS THAT WE HAVE AUCTIONS (6 SATURDAYS A YEAR)***

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment, such as fork lifts and other machinery, to load and unload materials

- Safely transport materials within the property

- Follow proper procedures for materials handling to prevent damage or accidents

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation, preferably as a Loader Operator

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address any equipment issues

- Ability to operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:

- Proficient in operating fork lifts and other heavy equipment

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
