NE02 Position Summary

This position will provide note taking services for students through Accessibility Services.

MAJOR DUTIES

• Take notes in class for students with disabilities.
• Read printed material aloud for students with visual impairments.
• Transcribe for students with mobility impairments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
• Qualified candidates must be able to commit to attending classes regularly.
• Must be able to take accurate and legible notes.
• The ideal candidate would be an individual who has a demonstrated history of successfully completing college level courses.
