We (Inside Out Services) are hiring for basic maintenance in Kalispell, Columbia Falls and Whitefish, MT. for multiple HOA communities that we serve. This position is 8 - 16 hours per week with the option of additional hours if desired and available. Hours are Monday – Friday (weekends are optional if that works better). MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE as you will be driving a company van as well as assigned a company spending account.

Tasks include things such as lightbulb / battery / filter replacement, minor drywall repair, painting / staining (park benches, light poles, fencing, touch-ups), power washing, dog waste station / trash removal & other Misc. tasks.

We are thorough and do GREAT work so we are looking for someone who can pay attention to detail and take pride in doing their work to the best of their ability. This position can be very satisfying & comfortably paced.

Pay starts at $18 - $20/hour with raises at 30, 60 & 90 days.

What we are looking for: a smart phone (to clock in and out with), ability to pay attention to detail, reliable transportation on a daily basis, ability to work independently and/or as a TEAM is necessary. Also… self-motivation, complete honesty, hard-working, and showing up for work on all scheduled shifts are necessary requirements in a prospective employee. Maintenance or handyman experience helpful but not required although an attitude that is willing to follow directions and learn is required.
