Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/operator to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying programs that control the operation of precision machining equipment. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

We design and build high end fiberglass aftermarket parts for Harleys. Our main production process is infusion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify CNC programs using Fusion 360
- Set up and operate our CNC Router
- Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software, Fusion 360
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

We are looking for someone that can do it all. Programming and running our CNC Router. The router is a Laguna 5x10 with 36" Z axis. We will be using the cnc for cutting molds and prototype parts from various types of tooling board.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4x10
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
