Customer Experience Manager with Input 1

Compensation: $70K - $90K (Depending on Experience)

You need to have a background in IT and job stability to be considered!

Education/Experience Needed

  • 4-year college degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Prior software business analyst and/or business analyst experience preferred. 

About the Job
This position is responsible for handling, with care, quality, timeliness, and accuracy, inquiries from the company's external business customers. This is an individual contributor position that is responsible for being a single point of contact for customer inquiries related to system functionality, account agreements, and other customer business needs, always providing exceptional customer service and solutions. The Customer Experience Manager will also serve as a liaison and customers advocate, interacting with the Executive team and other business unites on a regular basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high volume, daily correspondence via mail, email, or phone, as necessary.
  • Nurture and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Organizes and plans customer meetings in collaboration with the Executive Team.
  • Educates customers using various mediums including but not limited to one-on-one interaction or group presentations to maximize understanding and utilization of products and services.
  • Elicit and document business requirements for system, procedural or program changes.
  • Regularly extracts and interprets customer data.
  • Compiles, organizes, and presents information in a manner that is professional, effective, and easy to understand.
  • Identifies trends in customer needs and opportunities to update or improve procedures and works with the necessary internal parties to deliver solutions.
  • Prepares knowledge-based documents, ad-hoc reports, and other pertinent information for key stakeholders.
