Inpro is Hiring a Production Coordinator - Digital Print & Signage Near Muskego, WI
**Successful hires for the Production Coordinator - Digital Print & Signage position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment! Job Summary: Assists the Digital Print/Signage manufacturing division with maintaining production schedules, and calendars. Monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Liaison between sales, manufacturing, and supply to ensure customer ship dates. Assists with daily tasks and layouts for production need Responsibilities:
Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements
Notify sales of any schedule impacts to customers, as well expected ship dates for late orders.
Attend all S&OPs and assist manufacturing in assessing ship dates
Assist with the expedite order process and assist in determining viability of requests
Manage change orders and impact to ship dates.
Support Supply Chain
Request Supply Chain to expedite supplier purchase orders as required
Coordinate communications between manufacturing and supply chain on material shortages
Complete status reports on order status and late order status
Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of signage materials.
Ability to interact well with manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and quality.
Knowledge of design/CNC/layout processes extremely helpful
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Knowledge of both NetSuite and Salesforce preferred but not required, ability to learn required.
Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years production planning or working in a production environment.
Job Relationships
Reports directly to the Digital Print / Signage Plant Manager
Works closely with Digital Print / Signage Supervisors and Sales Manager
Hours & Location:
Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 4:00pm (can be flexible)
