Position: Deburr Specialist
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday), 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Shreve, Ohio 44647
Starting Pay: $15.50/hr (Weekly Pay)

Key Responsibilities of the Hard Coat Operator:

• Process parts through the anodizing process by mounting products on racks using mechanical connections.
• Upload finished racks and rinse and dry products to ensure quality.
• Keep products organized using part identification processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Deburr Specialist:

• Utilize your keen eye and steady hand to sand manufactured parts, eliminating burrs and imperfections.
• Select the optimal grit sanding belt to achieve the desired finish, considering material types and finishing requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
• High school education/GED diploma equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
