Inova Health System is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our Fair Oaks Hospital Progressive Care Telemetry Unit. This is a full time, day shift position (3 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p). Inova Fair Oak’s Telemetry Unit is home to 36 beds. Patients admitted to Telemetry require cardiac monitoring and frequently have cardiac, renal, respiratory, and/or gastrointestinal disease processes. In order to care for these complex patients the staff works together as a team with a unified mission of quality and excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting with telemetry experience.
• Education: BSN or ADN required. If RN has an ADN, must complete BSN within 24 months of state date.
• Licensure/Certification:BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others.
• Proficient computer skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.80 - $58.18 per hour
