PRIMARY FUNCTION: You possess a strong technical background and, drawing from your expertise, you'll assist in enhancing paint equipment, encompassing robots, pumps, and applicators. Shift your focus from paint lines to optimizing paint robots and conducting preventative maintenance on paint equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:.

• Keep spray equipment in good working order.
• Programming or operations of Fanuc paint robots with controllers RJ3-iB, R30-iA and RJ30-iB
• Responsible for proper labeling, transporting and packaging waste paints, etc. that are generated.
• Paint mixing
• Function as a technical resource for trouble shooting fluid delivery issues for support of daily production.
• Work with Engineering and Maintenance on continuous improvement of new and existing processes.
• Gun and Bell applicator PM

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with IPC systems, RCS or Gear Mix preferred
• A Technical college diploma, High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with 1K,2K technology and application
• Must pass Ishihara color test.
• Must successfully pass mechanical aptitude test
• Must possess or be able to obtain forklift license.
• Must have good depth perception, good near and peripheral vision.
• Able to work any shift with overtime, possibly on short notice.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay: From $22.25 per hour
