We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team, one who lives in the Portland Metro and can commute to our Beaverton, OR office daily as needed.
The IT Support Tech assists our System Administrator in all things technology related, as needed. The System Administrator is responsible for the proper functioning of various operating systems, servers, and other devices within the organization to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, this role will include assisting with website development and implementation for our clients (we are a GoDaddy reseller) and our company website. This position works closely with all our employees, including Tech Support, Sales, Development, and Management. You will be the point person in most all cases.
The tech stack is a combination of AWS Linux Lightsail, Windows Server and desktop, Fortigate firewalls, WHM/CPanel, Wordpress, Digium Switchvox PBX/VOIP, and Microsoft 365 products. We also use Slack, Jira, Monday.com, and HIBOB.

Please note that this position will require a component of on-call duties and may require working outside of normal working hours.
