We are looking for a Equipment Operator and jack of all trades for our community at the Innsbrook-Resort, MO, a 7500-acre Lake Resort Community, you will be part of the overall Maintenance Team, taking care of roadsides, lakes & beaches, buildings, and equipment every day is something different.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)

• Safely and efficiently, operate equipment such as Backhoes, Tractors, Mowers, etc…
• Strive to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times, including picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis
• Observe and assist outside contract work on behave of the owners
• Proactive scheduling for preventive maintenance such as Power washing decks, and entryways
• Make repairs as necessary to structure, small Handyman Repairs Interior and exterior
• Seasonal cleanup such as Leaf blowing, gutter cleaning, Mowing, Snow removal etc….
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of general maintenance experience
• 2 years of operating heavy duty equipment
• Basic mechanical understanding to troubleshoot equipment
• Carpentry and Painting knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school preferred
• Basic computer proficiency preferred

Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
