InnoVision Marketing Group is seeking a full-time Account Supervisor with agency experience. If you’re organized, have an eye for detail and love to be creative, then we want you!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Manage account team and provide feedback as needed. Train account team as needed.
• Communicates with internal employees and external customers/vendors for the best possible client presentation, while keeping in mind the goals of the company’s business operations. Ensures all client work meets the needs of the client, marketing and management.
• Brief teammates and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising and marketing solutions for the client in order to manage and meet client objectives, expectations and timelines.
• Immediately responds to all client requests as they arise, covering for teammates as needed.
• Oversees Sr. Account Executives in requesting, sending and collecting invoices to client.
• Coordinates and reviews all creative for client; ensures client approval as needed.
• Attends all meetings related to client.
• Oversees and delegates the organization, coordination and/or execution of any client events, as needed.
• Organizes workload for themselves and others for efficient time management and meets multiple schedule deadlines on time.
• Instills diversity, equity and belonging principles to ensure a respectful, accepted, and valued treatment of all.
• Assists Senior Management as needed.
• Sets the example for leading and engaging in all meetings, both in person and virtual, including active listening, providing feedback and offering ideas whenever appropriate. Evokes team participation by positive and consistent coaching.

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 4 years experience in Account Services in an advertising agency or media-related field
• Outstanding communication skills
