Lead Veterinary Boarding Receptionist Department: Administrative Employment Type: Full Time Location: Dallas, Texas Description Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is now hiring for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Client Service Representative to lead our team as a Lead Veterinary Boarding Receptionist! Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is a boarding, grooming and wellness center. Because you are the first and last contact for our clients at the front desk, you are the key to creating lasting impressions. You must have a passion for people and their pets. We expect extraordinary client service and communication, outstanding computer abilities, accurate financial skills, and a consistently positive attitude in this role. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
Guide and develop our front desk team.
Process invoices.
Ensure daily financial close is properly completed.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests.
Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments.
Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
Accurately input data into computer software.
Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety.

High school diploma.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary client service setting.
Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members.
